Welcome to Iguana Apartmentos & Estate. By accessing our website, booking accommodations, or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings: 

1. Bookings can be made through our website, over the phone, or by email.
2. To secure a reservation, a deposit may be required, which varies depending on the duration of the stay and the accommodation selected. 
3. The remaining balance is payable on arrival or as stated in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation: 

1. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
   b. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
   c. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Accommodation: 

1. Guests are expected to treat the accommodation and its contents carefully and respectfully. 
2. Any damages caused by the guest will be charged to the guest’s credit card. 
3. Iguana Apartmentos & Estate reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and evict any guest who breaches the terms and conditions without a refund.

Payment:

1. Payment can be made by credit card or cash. 
2. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. 
3. Any additional charges incurred during the stay, such as minibar, must be settled before departure.

Liability: 

1. Iguana Apartmentos & Estate is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their property while on the premises. 
2. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. 
3. Iguana Apartmentos & Estate reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Privacy: 

1. Iguana Apartmentos & Estate respects the privacy of its guests and will not share their personal information with any third parties except as required by law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: 

1. Iguana Apartmentos & Estate reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. 
2. The most current version of the terms and conditions can be found on our website.
